FM Standard was established in 2006 as part of the structure of the Austrian holding company GLD Holding GmbH., And provided services to maintenance facilities.
Already in 2008, the company FM Standard (LLC "Fesiliti Management Ukraine") becomes an independent business unit providing services regardless of the holding. The company is expanding the list of services: maintenance of utilities, cleaning services, security and other services, maintenance and property management
